In this study circle we will investigate different ways of creating scores for dance, look at examples of scores from different time periods and how their language and/or symbols reflect specific artistic propositions. Besides being tools for creation, documentation and dissemination of dance and other artworks, what can scores be and do? Can a score alone be a dance and/or an artwork? To speculate around this, we’ll shift between dancing, writing and thinking with dance, experimenting with score-making and score-reading. Then, we will broadcast short scores created by us through the house’s radio during two of our meetings.
 
The circle is led by dancer and choreographer Korina Kordova, who worked within the house’s residency program Arbetsplats för dans och scenbaserade uttryck during the autumn 2025.
