The Persian Renaissance gave birth to Rumi as a pivotal scholar, jurist and poet who influenced 13th century and beyond. In our Poetics of Rumi circle the aim is to introduce 10th-14th century Persian poems centered around Rumi and Hafez. We will get to realize how civilizations have risen and fallen but ideas and poetic aesthetics of these verses have remained intact in the subconscious of those who inherited them. We will have a chance to immerse ourselves in these verses to understand and experience what Rumi called ”Riches of Being” during these sessions.
